Photographer/videographer, Realtor®, property manager, homeowner, loyal partner, identical twin, musician, stand-up comedian, self-taught Neapolitan pizza chef, and one helluva dart player.

I stumbled into real estate photography like anyone else—after studying 16mm experimental filmmaking at the University of Florida, I worked as a highly skilled and underpaid wok chef, shot two Kickstarter-funded documentaries in Mexico and Indonesia, founded multiple film festivals and a Durham microcinema/arthouse, worked as a waiter in a classy BBQ restaurant, bagged coffee beans in a warehouse, dabbled in stand-up comedy, started grad school in a studio art department and quickly dropped out (wasn’t a good fit!), drove for Uber until the pandemic struck hard, stumbled ass backwards into my current profession, property management, and FINALLY purchased a high-end Sony mirrorless camera with a fat lens meant for astro-photography to pursue real estate photography. Sounds like a similar path to most people, eh? :)
